Lauren Crapanzano Jumonville, BRAF
Lauren is Director of Civic Leadership Initiatives for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. Her department’s current projects include enhancing autism services across Louisiana, implementing a master plan for an urban lake system, and efforts around behavioral health diversion and criminal justice reform. She joined the Foundation in summer 2014 as a project manager after graduating from LSU with an MBA. Lauren earned her bachelor of arts from Brown University, where she studied human biology with a focus on the brain and behavior. She first worked at the Foundation as an intern in summer 2013.
Jared Williams, Teach for America
Jared Williams is currently the director of Marketing and Communications for Teach for America. He began working with Teach for America in 2015 as the Manager of Foundations and Communications but over the years Jared has found it important to reach deeper into the community and has helped grow his organization and career into where they are today. Jared is also an author for BlackLove.com - an online platform born from the Black Love docuseries featured on the Oprah Winfrey Network. BlackLove.com is a website seeking to build community and conversation around love and relationships in the Black community.
Adrian Owen, LSU Foundation
Adrian leads the 40-person Advancement Services team at the LSU Foundation which includes the departments of Analytics, Donor Relations, Information Services, Records & Data Management, and Research & Prospect Management. Adrian began her career as a working artist in visual media. This creative background has shaped her approach to data and systems. She is known for bringing a unique perspective to problem solving, coupled with technical skills honed over her time working as an analyst. Adrian is an active volunteer in her profession and the community. Her current leadership roles include serving as the editor for Connections Magazine and on Executive Management for the Junior League of Baton Rouge as Annual Planning Chair. She is a graduate of the 2018 class of Leadership Baton Rouge (#BestClassEver) and the 2014 class of Barton Leaders. She is a member of the 2020 class of New Schools for Baton Rouge CHANGEMAKERS and is a 2020 Boys & Girls Club Great Futures Gala honoree. She is a former world ranked World of Warcraft player and remains an active gamer.
Courtney Debetaz, Performance Contractors
Courtney Debetaz is the Operations Manager of Pipe Fabrication for Performance Contractors, Inc. He has worked his way up in the company over his 12 year tenure having to show leadership and influence to get where he is today. Courtney recently received his MBA from LSU and is a Past Board Member and Vice Chair for Baton Rouge Blues Foundation and a Past Board Member for Forum 35.

Chelsea Borruano, Brand Manager, MESH
A Louisiana-born communications professional just trying to change the world, one word at a time. Brand Manager by day and socialpreneur by evenings, nights and weekends. Primed to run on coffee and Google calendar notifications, Chelsea currently serves as Communications Chair for Rotaract of Baton Rouge, board member at large for the Public Relations Association of Louisiana and as an ambassador for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. She is also an active member of Club Blue and former Vice President of Communications for Forum 35. Driven by passion and her own journey of pain, loss and triumph, Chelsea founded the You Aren't Alone Project in 2019. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to forming a network of ongoing support for mental health and wellness in Baton Rouge and surrounding communities so that no one ever has to feel alone.
